These drumsticks are easy to make and have a sweet flavour your family will love. It is also an easy recipe to adjust based on your needs – easy to halve and easy to double!
Ingredients:
15 chicken drumsticks
1/3 cup honey
3 tbsp cider vinegar
3 tbsp grainy Dijon mustard (regular Dijon works too)
1 tsp dried Herbes de Provence

- Preheat oven to 400F. Arrange drumsticks in clear glass dish in a single layer.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour evenly over chicken drumsticks.
- Bake for approx. 20 minutes then baste drumsticks.
- Return chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes (until chicken is no longer pink)
- Enjoy!
