This is a family favourite and a staple throughout the summer. Easy to make and delicious!
Preparation Time: 10
Cooking Time: 15
Yield: 6

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken or turkey
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp dry mustard
1 egg

1. Mix together chicken, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, mustard and egg.  Form into patties (usually makes 5 to 6).

2. Heat barbeque grill to medium.  Cook patties for 7 to 8 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.

(Note:  You can cover and refrigerate the patties for up to 2 hours or layer between waxed paper in airtight container and freeze for up to 2 weeks)
