Looking for a music or yoga class to experience with your little one? Circle of Joy offers classes for babies, toddlers and kids and provide a great way to connect with your child.

Circle of Joy was founded with the intention to bring together infants, toddlers, children, parents and caregivers through two spiritual, joyful and creative mediums, music and yoga. We offer music circles and yoga classes for infants, toddlers and kids. Circle of joy embraces unity and togetherness. We strive to strengthen the sacred bond between mother and child and social relationships between children.

What are music circles?

Music circles are interactive, fun and gives you a chance to share the gift of music with you and your little one! Music circles also are special because you are sharing the experience of music with your baby and also strengthening the bond between you. Baby and toddler groups are especially unique as they encourage your little one to socialize with other babies and toddlers as well as help strengthen their sensory development and motor skills!

How do the classes work?

In these 40 minute classes, your infant or toddler will get the chance to sing, play, dance and learn through music and play.  All classes are held in-home. One mom hosts the class at their house and gathers 5-10 other moms to complete the class. The host always gets a complimentary session

What about yoga classes?

Yoga is an ancient practice that in Sanskrit (an ancient Indian language) actually translates to mean "union" and "togetherness." This means uniting the mind, body and spirit but also means uniting people together as we are all connected. Circle of Joy strives to enhance the connection between children, mothers, care-givers, fathers, toddlers, infants, and one of the most sacred connections between mother and baby.

Yoga classes are offered for mom and baby and for toddlers and kids who are ready to try yoga on their own.

Mommy and Baby (2 mths – 11mths) – The classes provide a chance for moms to regain strength and flexibility while bonding with baby and in a fun and therapeutic way. Focus is put on breathing, stretching, and strengthening and regaining core strength. Mini baby massages and lullabies are also included All you need is a yoga mat and a small blanket for baby.

Mommy and Teenie Tots (1 – 2yrs) – Same class as the Mommy and Baby Same class as Mommy and Baby Yoga, however more focus is placed on the baby at this stage.

Toddler Yoga (2 – 4 years) – These little movers learn the yoga poses through play, imagination and creative play. Toddlers move, stretch, play yoga games while practicing their coordination, listening and cooperation skills. Classes include moving through yoga poses while exploring storybooks and puppet play.

Children's Yoga- (5-8 years) – Children's yoga focuses on learning poses, play, coordination, cooperation, breathing, stretching, singing, movement and creativity!
