Canada's Wonderland – fireworks start at approximately 10pm set to a great soundtrack of music
Mel Lastman Square (5100 Yonge Street, Toronto) – this free event begins at 5pm and features live music, circus performances, family activities and other entertainment. The fireworks show will start at 10:15pm. Click here for more info.
Richmond Green Park (1300 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill) – live entertainment, multicultural food, a Bavarian beer garden, children’s village and teen zone, an artisit exhibit and midway, and one of the largest municipal fireworks displays in the Region! Brampton – Donald M. Gordon Chinguacousy Park, 9050 Bramalea Road, Brampton – free family activities and entertainment from 12pm to 10:00pm. The day will feature live music, children’s performers & community artists, amusement rides, splash pads, paddle boats, mini-putt,a petting zoo and will end with spectacular fireworks.
Barrie – fireworks will begin at 10pm over Kempenfelt Bay. Families can also enjoy the Kids Fun Zone in Heritage Park from 1:00pm – 9:00pm, featuring inflatables and games from Party Tyme Treats & Amusements, as well as free face painting with Clarabella the Clown. Or, enjoy free entertainment all day on stage in Memorial Square.
If your little ones won't last for fireworks, you can also check out the Canada Day celebration in Vaughan at Mackenzie Glen District Park, 220 Cranston Park Avenue.
This fun-filled family event will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and will feature FREE headline entertainment, with award winning bands Glass Tiger and Honeymoon Suite.
